Layla of Corner of the Eye specializes in wearable art and folk charms made from items gleaned from Portland's sidewalks and gutters, seen from the "corner of her eye."

Each piece is obsessively researched and crafted. Her project began as a method of dispersing her excess four-leaf clover pile in 2015 (accumulated through her blessing of fairy sight) and has steadily grown to encompass an arsenal of apotropaic chic that probably would have led to her being burned at the stake throughout most of Western history.

She also produces bone sculptures from cat-gifts and roadkill, as well as oddities, clocks, and larger items.
