Somatic Manifestation Workshop

You made the vision board, did the affirmations, wished upon a star. But that pivot you're craving still feels out of reach. Why? Well, when we go fishing, we don't just need a hook/line/sinker. We need a net. The net is your body. Very often the challenge isn't in the asking, or even the creating, it's in receiving. We are designed with brilliant protective mechanisms that, in an effort to keep us safe, often keep us stuck.
This ritual workshop will illuminate how to work with your nervous system and your body as collaborators in creating the experiences you want. You might be pleasantly surprised.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a journal and something to write with.
Evangeline Crittenden has been part of the Raven's Wing extended family since before it was called The Raven's Wing. She is a certified body babe, focused on discovering and facilitating ways to empower people in their physical selves. She has a yoga practice that's old enough to legally drink in the U.S. but she promise not to post about it on Instagram.
Her somatic training was sparked during her MFA at CalArts and continues to inform her work as an artist. Her spiritual practice incorporates kink, the lunar cycle, peanut butter cups and optimism. She wants the best for you.
